Where to pre-order Monster Hunter Wilds

AdminAdmin—November 4, 20240

Monster Hunter Wilds, the latest entry in Capcom’s massive creature-hunting franchise, launches on PlayStation, Xbox, and PC on Feb. 28. In addition to an expanded menagerie of monsters to hunt down and devour, Monster Hunter Wilds offers a much larger map with dynamic weather conditions, which can be traversed with the help of new mounts called Seikrets.

Of course, if you’d like to try the game yourself before purchasing, an open beta giving you a look into character creation, a story trial, and a Doshaguma hunt will be available on all launch platforms through Nov. 3.

The basic version of Monster Hunter Wilds is still eligible for a small collection of pre-order bonus items. Reserving the Standard Edition will get you the Layered Armor Guild Knight Set along with the Hope Charm Talisman. This $69.99 version of the game is available to pre-order for Xbox or PlayStation from Amazon, Target, GameStop, or Walmart. For those looking to reserve a copy for PC, Fanatical is currently offering Monster Hunter Wilds for the discounted price of $57.39.

If you’re planning to pick up a physical copy of Monster Hunter Wilds, the standard version of the game is also available to pre-order as a $74.99 Steelbook Edition. This version is virtually identical to the Standard Edition but comes packaged in a collector’s Steelbook, which is available to pre-order from Amazon, GameStop, or Target.

The Deluxe Edition of Monster Hunter Wilds comes packaged with a number of exclusive cosmetic items. In addition to the Layered Armor and Talisman pre-order bonus items from the Standard Edition, you’ll also get a collection of hairstyles, Seikret decorations, gestures, stickers, and more. This digital exclusive version of Monster Hunter Wilds is available to pre-order directly from Xbox or Playstation for $89.99, but is also available to pre-order for PC from Fanatical for the discounted price of $73.79.

The Premium Deluxe Edition of Monster Hunter Wilds is a digital exclusive that grants access to everything included in the Standard and Deluxe Editions of the game but will also net you an exclusive Hunter Profile set and some pointy ears to add to your Layered Armor. Reserving the Premium Deluxe Edition also gets you a pair of post-launch cosmetic packs that are due to launch in the Spring and Summer of 2025.

The Premium Deluxe Edition of Monster Hunter Wilds is available to pre-order for $109.99 from Xbox or PlayStation directly or for PC from Fanatical for the discounted price of $90.19.
